Justin Singer is the sole shareholder of Sanctuary Capital. Justin spent the last 20 years of his career starting and growing businesses in a variety of industries including academic tutoring, technology services, boutique fitness, event space, and real estate investment & operations. 

Justin graduated from Rice University with a B.S. in Computer Science. Justin is an avid surfer and passionate about health and fitness. He was featured in the Outside TV fitness reality show “XPT : The Experience” something that would probably come as a shock to his 4th grade speech therapist and his middle school chess teammates. Justin is a 15 year member of Entrepreneur’s Organization
